ABSTRACT
Background : This general purpose is to be known the basic problems of dengue fever in DIY Propinsi. While the special purpose is to be known the problem of applying the regulation in eradication DBD (especially eradication PSN) in operational level, knowing of problems of coordination in eradication DBD, and knowing of solution of trouble-shooting in the regulation applying is above.
Methods : Type of the study type is non-eksperimental. This study applies qualitative method, data analysis descriptively. Population of this study is sub-Province Public Health Service employee Bantul, Sleman, and Yogyakarta, and public related to activity PSN (Eradication of Mosquito Den). Study sample is member of chosen population passed technique accidental sampling where study subject met the time at the team of to do survey in field.
Result: SK GUBERNUR no 14/TIM/2005 about forming and POKJANAL duty has been followed up by goverment head of residence in the form of instruction to related institution in its the region, one of them is for execution of movement PSN in settlement, office affairs,school, and other buildings is in sub-district. Special in Yogyakarta town has erratic as watcher expert pinch which can give information early to vector density; Knowledge and position of public to execution of PSN-DBD has positive response but its behavior still have not many expected because of image still asuming fogging is operation method of DBD which is best. The other sector is not able yet to support optimally in execution of PSN-DBD and there is no existence of regulation to apply of system reward and punishment in PSN execution.
